Shipping Information

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will typically be dispatched on the next working day.

All UK orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, promotional events, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

UK Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

  • Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £50.

  • Shipping charges for orders below £50, as well as any available express delivery options, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: approximately 2–5 working days

  • Express Delivery: approximately 1–2 working days (where available)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

EHAD UK shall not be responsible for delayed, lost or misdelivered parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

While we will do our best to assist with delivery issues, EHAD UK is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, weather conditions, strikes, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@ehad.co.uk and we will assist in liaising with the courier where appropriate.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary and may be suspended or restricted at any time.

Customers placing international orders are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or local charges imposed by the destination country.

EHAD UK is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or international courier disruptions.
