Returns & Refunds
At EHAD UK, we hope you love every product you receive. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be:

unopened;

unused;
-
in their original packaging; and
-
in a resalable condition.
- Image of your dispatch note included in the parcel
- Image of the batch code: this can be located on the base/neck of the product and is a mixture of letters and numbers.

- Reason for return:
- Condition of the item(s): Please confirm if the product is unused and in its original, resalable condition.
- Images of the item(s): Please provide a clear photo of the product in its current condition; a close-up of the product packaging, showing any seals or labels intact.
- Did you receive any complimentary samples or gifts with your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Please ensure items are packaged securely when returning them to us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Products must be purchased directly from ehad.co.uk. We're unable to process refunds for products purchased from other retailers,

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If your order included a complimentary gift, it must also be returned in unused, sellable condition.

If returning your full order, any samples received must also be included.

We do not accept partial returns of bundles or sets, only complete sets may be returned.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as EHAD UK cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unopened item, please contact our Customer Care team before returning your order so we can assist you further.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:

opened or used products;

products without their original packaging;

gift cards;
-
complimentary gifts or samples; and
-
items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
