Returns and Refund policy:
Our aim is to please you.We are fully confident you will be pleased with your product and the speed and quality of service.We understand that each client's needs are unique,so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.
1.It should be emphasized that if you are unable to return or exchange the products within 7 days of receipt,request will not be entertained.We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons: a.shipping errors b.damaged goods c.Dissatisfaction.
2.Product Exchange: you may exchange your product for any other product in our website for equal or lesser value.If exchanged for a lesser value item the remaining balance will be refunded to your Credit Card.You have 7 days to do so.Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping postage and your return postage.
3.Please E-mail all returns request back to: Cindyonlineservice@hotmail.com and explain some detail of your order so that we can check it for you.

1.Our shipping method is Air-express by EMS/Fedex/DHL and so on.We can ship virtually to any international regions in the world including the major destinations such as USA,Canada,Europe,Australia,Singapore and some Asia countries etc.
2.Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.Once the items are shipped,we will send you an email with the available tracking number which shows the item is "Delivered".You will receive the items within 3-5 days normally.
Delivery is guaranteed.In the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit,we will reship once at our expense.
